I'm long - but here's the part I do not understand. If BRZL has 1.4 billion barrels of oil in the ground at such a ridiculously cheap price when measured in barrels per share of BRZL stock, why aren't outfits like Exonmobil, Shell, Chevron, etc. buying up shares of BRZL? It would be a heck of a lot cheaper for them to get the oil that way than to hire a rig to go out into the Gulf of Mexico and drill for it. Baffeled, bewildered, & BRZLed.
