Hiphop08: That mindset starts at the top and tricles down. I remember an SEC attorney asking me why anyone would ever invest in an OTCBB or pink sheet stock anyway since they were all scams anyway. I was shocked and wish I had been quick enough to ask him if that were the case why did they allow them to trade? You and I both know that what he said is not true but if that was the thinking 10 years ago you can imagine that abusive naked shorters were given a wink and a nod and free reign to naked short as many companies as they could into oblivion. They did just that with regulators blessings sadly. Of course many of those same folks who winked and looked the other way when they left the SEC went to work in the very industry they formerly "regulated" in cushy high salaried positions as a thank you. That has to end!
