I'm glad the company will only file 8-Ks, even though those don't necessarily mean much. Simply issuing press releases is a red flag for me, the "forward looking statement" language in PRs allows way too much leeway for meaningless fluff.
The problem is that CXLL shareholders have been promised (on this board, as well as others) 8-Ks for months. They have NOT been issued as promised. (posted on I-Hub, but copied from another board):
