Jrhino...To be fair, how late were they?? About 12 hours, less than a day anyway and that was because the accountants were late not MSEP.

With all the SOX regulations these days it's difficult for most companies to get a filing done on time. Typically the company has their books to the auditors right on time but then the auditors are the culprits causing the late filing. It happens so frequently that I don't think very many investors see it as a negative if a company is late due to reasons such as this.

Now if a company is late because they screwed up and need to restate things or something of this nature that is a different story. I don't see anything like that happening here.

"out on 5/5" soon as I read that awhile back in reminded me of Sharkie when he was talking about a report to be out on "the Day of the Irish".
Why anyone would post a specific date is beyond me; unless it's out in print- it's not a good idea.
