1zach4: From my perspective it is all up to the regulators at this point. Are they still captured or arn't they that is the question? The good news is we will soon have the answers. This is not going away. Naked shorting and our crooked markets are going to be exposed regardless by the Overstock trial. The Judge allowed RICO charges to be added. He would not have done that without cause imho. More and more folks are demanding transparancy and an end to the abuses investors have been exposed to. One way or another exposure will happen and things will change. Each day the army of investors demanding it is growing in both knowledge and numbers. Good always prevails over evil although at times it is frustratingly slow.
