Also, you continue to post that the email stating the 16th is reference to a court document and it is not. It is a request to the South Carolina utility board. They were trying to rush through the clearance for the transfer of assets in that state, and referred to the 16th as the date needed to be complete. However, I believe it is a date of interest, and something to look forward to! I just don't want people to be mislead that it is a court document, when it was a document from the SC Utility board.
