Yup, and if you were expecting to hear anything different, well lets just say its not gonna happen....period! How the bottom has not yet fallen out of this thing is beyond me, although sometimes I wish it would just to have closure and move on.

They need the SRK report in order to locate where the drill(s) will be working. This so authorities can be assured that the drill(s) will not hit a pipeline, disturb an aquifer, encroach on other property, or any number of other issues. It's not just a matter for completing a few lines on a form and paying a fee to do whatever one cares to do with the drill(s).
