SCEI - another thing is, don't be afraid to take high risk bets with small amounts of money. With these stocks, the paydays can be very large. I like to buy out of the money puts for the current month strike. With like 3 weeks out. Just throw a couple hundred bucks at it, it can quickly turn into a couple thousand.

What broker do you recommend to get these "hard to borrows". Also if I have a 6-7 figure account does that change your recommendation?

I'm in the US but am willing to get an international broker if that were to make sense.
