Forgive me but your questions make no sense. You can't prove NSS has taken place as easily as you claim by your silly question, because...FYI...IT'S ILLEGAL. On the other hand, there is credible evidence IMO by the simple fact that a supposed "Dead" stock (as some put it) gets as much attention as it does.
Also, of course pump and dumps exist...just as abusive naked short selling exists.
If you had a more objective view point, I would understand...but to post as if abusive NSS does not exist is comical.
Again, if there were no concern, I would be concerned.

Have you ever proven NSS on a pink sheet stock? Have you ever seen a buy-in? Have you ever made a profit at the expense of the NSSers? Have you ever come up with credible evidence of the existence of the vast NSS conspiracy which seems to be responsible for all the pink sheet trouble, and not the more usual crooks who run these scams as pumps?
Do you even believe that pump and dumps exist, or are they always the fault of the NSSers? Frankly, it stretches credibility past the limit when you claim "NSS" on the old FLD plays, when everyone knows just how crooked the people behind those are...
