Dough IMO Joe's past shows he is a toxic funder or death angel. Names that describe him. He tells us how bad the share reduction will be on the exchange. Yet with his dilution plan and then r/s that is worse. Anyone think his plan that calls for dilution at this point is good for shareholders after we saw that with Dean? After what happen with Dean and dilution he wants to also add in a r/s? Anyone think after he dumps all the shares and price hits .0001 he won't do big r/s? IMO worse then 1 for 10 r/s after a lot more dilution. That is worse outcome for shareholders then any share exchange for newco. So even if newco fails still cannot end up worse then Joe's plan.
QASP has no money or operations thanks to Dean and Josh who where management when dilution got us here.
I see no plan that gives any future for shareholders that stay with QASP. Dilution sure isn't we see how well that plan worked in the past.
