I like that Anvil and it is about time for the Legal QASP Shareholders ! We will have a real Company with a transparent team in OWENS and JEFF.

Patent, let's just say that since that post, a light bulb turned on above my head. Yes, I firmly believe that joe is here for a reason, including gathering info to devise his strategy.

Frankly, and maybe I am a little late to the party, there should be a complete lockdown on info on this board. Maybe even consider a private board where email addy's can be verified for entry.

Having said that, it shouldn't be long before it won't matter what joe does.

the pretender. Make no mistake, he is about as cunning, and the rest, as a starving vulture.
those of us who do understand the process and have pertinent opinions and advice should definitely zip it and lock down. It is easy for pseudo business experts and pseudo lawyers to expound their views and researched knowledge, but all that does is feed the vulture.

Anvil you are also correct with regard to the audit. Audits always have and always will take time and to expect them in days to a week is out of the question. Suffice to say an audit is being exercised, therefor moving forward with unaudited numbers is in order and not unusual. Regarding the share exchange process, the legal team is in the process of dotting "i"s and crossing "T"s as well as satisfying authorities, so the process is in the completion stage, slow as it may seem.
Things are moving and I just know James and Jeff are just as impatient as we are.
