in the pr they listed c&c as the operator, treaty should have filed as an operator when they were trying to aquire other leases, i know how it works i'm in the oil business and i'm a private company not public so i do not have to disclose to the public what my intentions are when aquiring leases and apply for drill permits unlike treaty which is public!
