biggirl: It could go either way. I would not encourage averaging up at this point. NEOM has already had a good run over last couple weeks and needs to stabilize. If I had a .55 average AND was all-in, I'd take some (not all) profit at .60 or .65. Then wait for dips to buy-in and lower your average. As always there is the risk that the stock will take off, but the shortterm downside looks bigger right now. If NEOM is only a small portion or portfolio, I would hold and buy the dips.
