I agree with diddi. Startups need every little bit of marketing help (as well as a lot of luck) in order to succeed. If you can get your product into the hands of a mega star (whether you like J-Lo or not) you will more than likely get more than tenfold back in relation to cost associated with the star. If you don't think it will help boost sales (even if they are mainly currently online only), you are fooling yourself.

What good is 'brand awareness' if you can't buy the product? Answer: worthless.

The products aren't for sale anywhere so there's no place to advertise. Nobody is going to remember the name if they cant buy it.

Your assumption that some schmuck coming into a store and saying "we are in a J-Lo video" is going to make every distributor or retailer fall at Bebevo's feet is ridiculous. If there's no demand for the product, the stores wont stock it. And you arent going to get a tidal wave of demand off placement of an unknown, unavailable product in any video, anyway.

You won't debate the topic because your point is poorly thought out and unrealistic.
