Everyone make sure you send a email to this New Transfer agent letting them know the situation and the Major liability they will encounter if they release 1 share if indeed Joe is trying to use them which noone can verify yet or can anyone

If someone can find out the contact and email then we all can make sure it gets to the right person

I am a current shareholder of Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc., a Colorado Corporation, for which you are the registered Transfer Agent.
This letter is to inform you or confirm your prior knowledge that the company is currently under the rule of the court system. There is currently a lawsuit as to who is the rightful management of that corporation.
In the initial hearing, the Judge granted a continuance until May 26th. In that order it was also ruled that neither party has the legal ability to make any business decisions other than day to day operations.
Day to day operations include things like answering the phone and paying the light bill. Day to day operations do not include things such as changing the authorized share structure or issuance of shares. Also to be considered is the fact that the current filings of the Articles of Incorporation currently posted at the website of the Colorado Secretary of State were done by fraudulent means and are currently part of the ongoing lawsuit.
Please be advised that the actions of your company regarding Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. are being closely viewed at this time. Any issuance of shares before the May 26th ruling not only would go against court order, but may put you in a position of great liability.
If any share issuance happens before the ruling from the court in the hearing scheduled to begin on May 26th, your company would certainly be held responsible and accountable.
