Yelling "libel" is a time-tested tactic here.

Read the article on Menon and tell me for which side Eli Lilly will be testifying in such a lawsuit.

Bob Marchesani, head of world-wide marketing for Alimta at Eli Lilly... what did he say?

"We do not feel it's credible for Mr. Menon to claim to have played a major role in Alimta," Marchesani said, indicating that this wasn't the first time Menon has made such claims.

Okay, that's two people at Lilly saying he lied - can anyone find even one person claiming Menon told the truth about being the "developer" of any drugs at Eli Lilly? According to Eli Lilly, Menon has lied on multiple occasions about his research experience.

Please read the article before making any claims about it.

Unfortunately not a perfect replication here, but enough to get the picture: http://www.zoominfo.com/search#search/profile/person?personId=1289170051&targetid=profile

If this is the most qualified person NNVC could hire as "Chief Regulatory Officer", then kiss your investment goodbye.

How about these two?

12. Teicher BA, Alvarez E, Liu P, Lu K, Menon K, Dempsey J, Schultz RM. MTA (LY231514) in combination treatment regimens using human tumor xenografts and the EMT-6 murine mammary carcinoma. Semin Oncol 1999;26(2 Suppl 6):55–62.

The preclinical tests above were for Pemetrexed, the base drug in Alimta.

Here is proof of the connection:

No question whatsoever that Menon's claims of being a developer/inventor of Alimta are absolutely true.

Oh, you want recent work after 2005? Here are only a few of dozens of papers in oncology research with Menon's name. Note the names in the second paper published in 2009 include co-authors from his Pfizer days. I can't help but notice Shih isn't in any of the lists of authors from Pfizer generated publications or any co-authors from the award winning Pfizer team after 2002, while Menon's name appears repeatedly with those same members of that team right up to 2009. Don't you think that suggests something about Shih rather than Menon?
