Oh chief, you don't have to pull up any posts. I do flip this baby. My concern is for the folks that don't do that. They are waiting for a pie in the sky. And I'm feeling like this pie is like all the other pies we've seen. It sure looks good, but it's starting to taste like stale pie.
I hope I'm wrong, I'd love to keep flipping and taking the money to the bank, that's why we all invest isn't it?
