Chief sorry you are missing the point. When share exchange details come out we then can decide if we want to stay with QASP or not. Until then what else really matters? QASP has no future Dean saw to that and now Joe is trying to put it in the grave.

There are 2 things that matter at this point.

Share exchange choice we will have to make.

Court ruling for who is in charge of QASP. Until then Jeff is still CEO since last Sept. Hope for all shareholders Joe doesn't win in court. His dilution plan is death to anyone who stays with QASP.
