I have submitted all info I could gather to an agency who
implied that would take a look at it and see if they could
help, now it is wait and see.

Basic info:

from 2005 - 10/2010 sales from imag. was ONLY $ 23,400
Selling, Admin, and Profess. Expenses $ 8,318,756

Will advise when I get some feed back.
