#175876 RE: AlanC #175875

It's very simple. Let me summarize:

Fact: Jerry Williams, the leader of the "Float Lockdown" play on CDIV, has now admitted he was dumping shares while telling everyone here to BUY AND HOLD.

This proves there never was a "Float Lockdown" on CDIV.

It provess the FLD story was a lie Monk was using to convince others to buy his shares.

It proves that Monk was lying to everyone.

Now, the question is this:

Why would anyone continue to repeat these lies of Monk as if they are not lies?

Grasping at straws.....doesn't really matter now since your shares are already essentially worthless, if they can even be traded.

Obviously he trusted this party and probably shouldn't have.

On the contrary: Roth trusted Monk and shouldn't have.

For all we know this party could have been hired by those who are short to do what he did in an attempt to undermine Monk's credibility.

Oh please.

For all we know, Monk was hired by the Naked Shorters to convince noobs to buy up airshares of CDIV at premium prices.

The paranoid delusions that might occur to someone suffering from Bupropion-induced psychosis are endless.

From four years ago...

I was not involved with any of the FLD stocks until fairly recently so I do not know the facts. You stated that "We have Jerry Williams (Monk) freely admitting in a court document that he was dumping shares of CDIV while telling you and others to "buy and hold"."
Not knowing the facts I can come up with several possible defenses. What if those shares were placed in someones hands in certificate form mind you believing that the buyer would have strong hands and that those shares would not come back into the market? Having the $300,000. may have allowed Jerry to have a better diversification and establish a FLD position in another stock. Not knowing his personal situation he may have found himself needing some cash for any number of reasons and by placing these shares in what he believed to be strong hands in certificate form insured they would not negatively impact the FLD concept and at the same time provide him with some needed cash.
Obviously he trusted this party and probably shouldn't have.
Remember this party paid to have someone that worked for him attend a Monkinair. For all we know this party could have been hired by those who are short to do what he did in an attempt to undermine Monk's credibility. The possibilities are endless at this point but until all the facts are know I will keep an open mind and continue to accumulate as I am able because I believe the company is making every effort to grow revenues and earnings.
Go CDIV!!!

So, how did all that sweet revenue and earnings turn out?
