No, the PPS was well over .50 I believe while the deal was being done.. The day Monk got his money it did hit a low of around .30 then bounced up over the next weeks to .50.. But by the time Roth found a broker to accept the certs and he could actually sell them, it was around .12

Monk probably bought a number of Certs for Millions of shares from Nazir at a discount to the trading price when he first became aware of CDIV.
A discount to $0.0007.
