PSLV - The chart has not looked so down in a while ...neggy SAR and 22 DMA being challenged just may hold. 50 DMA in the 17s...Not thinking it will get there. Early futures up so maybe a bottom is in...may take awhile for the SPROTT bailout to settle in...If this level forms a solid base that pretty good..
