For someone who has been here for long, you should know better.

There is obviously no contact made between ABC and Go800, the folks at go800 have again pulled the trick of entering the keywords into the database without the company being aware of it. You can text etrade or tdbank to go800 but how many people are aware of that..? I'm sure you catch my drift..
