1) leadership FLOPs/W and FLOPs/$ to woo any of the HPC world away from x86.
I think key to this one is that it's at the rack level, not some nonsense about better FLOPs/W for a sub-watt SOC....
That makes it quite a bit harder for them to show a value prop, since excellent scalability is required to make hundreds of small processors work well together. IBM knew how to do this with the PPC 604e, and still did not sell much outside of a few HPC wins....
