Because the Brozos filings weren't done. According to LDNR he actually started the oil flowing in Oct of 2010 and has been with holding the monthly reports. He did this during his last Cameron oil deal. The audit is an oil production audit and not a financial audit.
IMO showing a sudden large production helps him sell those private placements. But had to have all the filings done. So as soon as he makes everyone happy, we have one big boom coming.
