Here I put the billion in bold for you.

Before going to bed last night, I did take the time to generate a report to show all of you that JR does really pump oil.

This report was generated with the monthly "audit" reports filed with the LDNR. Since they view oil as money belonging to several parties the reports are to be filed every month when oil is being pumped.

This report isn't in the best form, but I think it clearly shows JR actually pumps oil. That is Billion Barrels by the way.
