CCME, sure if they don't care about the listing then this is something different but why would they go through all this oral hearing stuff if they don't want to be listed? I think the CEO wants to remain on the Nasdaq and if that's the case then they have a good chance since the Nasdaq makes it quite easy to remain listed.
