Low quality for me is some rather unknown auditor, definitely not one of the top10 or so. I don't think that any of the guys like KPMG or such would take them on now. No chance in my opinion. So they need to find an auditor who does not care about any reputation or such stuff, who only cares about the money they earn.
Of course we have seen that even the top4 are no guarantee anymore but that's not an issue here since these guys won't take CCME in my opinion.
