BigGreen, regarding a more reputable exchange... I agree that we probably won't hit $30 with our current exchange vehicle, however when the fundamental (and speculative) basis for JBII hitting $30 exists, imho it will be a given that an uplist would occur at some point during those chain of events.
It's like a free agent in sports....you put up the numbers, and the clubs will be coming to you to reward you with the big contract.
I saw a jeans company(True Religion Jeans) go to $20 and have fund managers promote it on CNBC all while trading on the OTC. It isn't impossible to do on the pink sheets. It would be assumed that JBII would be on the road to uplisting to AMEX or NASDAQ, and maybe even there in the time frame of my post. Even without the reverse split you believe so strongly in.
I planned for 5 million shares being raised at $2(that should be conservative) to take care of all costs.
