Future OS will be virtualized so both AMD and x86 applications will run in the same computer without much penalties. But, in the first implementation you need to assign how many cores will be used to execute x86 or ARM instructions. It's like first generation of itanium with very low performance x86 cores. But, AMD's implementation will use a reconfigurable decoder.
