not sure, if you look through the other patents, you can see many that use wicklund as a reference. they must be doing something right!

if you search for jim turek you can also find government issued papers referencing international plastics (primary subsidiary) as a source for 100% post consumer content office products. seems the government already approves the company, sort of.
