*JOE is the only homebuilder stock out of 9 that I follow that is red today. As mentioned in the past, JOE is my psychological or chart version of the Florida housing bubble in action... so it's quite interesting that it is showing divergence from its peers today... it might just be noise, but these type of things are always good to keep a track of.
