Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't they say in an earlier PR that they weren't going to build, but buy an already existing building??

The Admin here has stated many times that they are broke and trying to get themselves off the ground. So I figured if they are broke and they have a Plant in the works for Georgia then the next step would be to get funded by the state of Goergia.

I mean either way building/restarting will produce a lot of jobs for the state I would Imagine so either way if this goes threw its a Win Win situation
