Beats me.. This comes up once in a while. This time started by a new poster. Guess people did not read one of Kuni's emails to shareholders he sent out recently. Where he clearly states that he has shareholders value on top of his list. I thus believe no R/S until conditions are right, i.e. the split would not cause a negative market response. He could even announce a share buyback program. If Staff-IS keeps growing as it does not and the $12 million company is acquired/reverse merged, we'll see SP appreciation. with or without R/S.
