I would say that outlook is overtly pessimistic, missing the whole flow that is already 'underwater' and the one to come to the surface as soon as the next weeks, constructing a deformed picture focusing on only some pieces of the puzzle.
Revenues will come immediately as they start the processing (if they haven't started yet). China is a smart player, but you are underestimating Mr. Shenher's intelligence and experience on the field, and on top he has the advantage to play at home.

The JV has nothing to do with anything at this point. The JV is what China wants...Trying to get their fingers into Canada.
CPOW has the ability to move into any vacant facility and refurb it and set up shop. See my previous post #3580. They dont need a brand new plant to operate. Shoot, they could operate out of the back of a pickup if the need was there.

It is more important to land the Red Dragon Oil Deal at $40M/yr with Chongqing Grain Group.
That keeps production control with CPOW. NOT THE JV.
