That is correct..the NVSOS status, updated or not, makes no difference as far as trading status..it simply means somebody paid the fees just like they did a few years ago when nothing happened(except that it coincided with the solicitations for donations to the so called "legal fund") and was allowed to lapse..again.
Other than that..this remains revoked, shares are not registered, and filings are out of compliance,..,which appears entirely deliberate.
