All holders of a common class of stock MUST be treated equally. That is the LAW. I agree this why "All" common will get same offer. Once again all treated the same by all getting same offer to sell QASP stock for shares of newco. A all stock transaction. Looks like all being treated equally to me. Especially the choice is up to each shareholder equally.
