Depending on the size of his work load currently? Other companies he represents. Anyone know how long it takes him to familiarize himself to the patents? Then draw complaints to these companies or maybe he automatically files suits.... ?? (not familiar with his style) -If he sends letters to the companies that would be more time for them to comply or he may just do the element of surprise with a lawsuit....??
Not being cynical here but giving us a time frame to seeing some fruit come off the tree......
