Fyi, the word I have is that they expect to file audited financials next month & can then apply for relisting on BB.. They expect it to take up to 60 days from submission.... Regarding US Truck Sales Revenues(Fanotech)- They are expecting some revenues later this year with "Significant" revenues in 2012...
I called investor relations and they did not know when they would be released. I talked with one of the marketing people of DC Conslt. and he had no idea. I wonder how you market a pink sheet company? It would seem to be a very difficult sale IMO. As long as we remain on the pinks sheets, I would not expect a lot of movement in the stock price, regardless of any positive news.
