It just doesn't make sense how a someone who is long this stock can post that they are happy to have the company delay releasing information because they rather see it all at once. How does that
help the longs that don't have a 10 year time frame as they watch their investment drop 90% while waiting for something that I think will never come? The company delaying anything it has stated in prior releases, and the dumping of 2.3 billion shares in less than a year has brought this stock to no bid recently, and untold losses to many here who are not happy. It certainly makes an outsider looking in to wonder about motives.

It's funny how you want all the disclosures from the company in one fell swoop, and the actual shareholders that have lost most of their investment in this scam, somehow want them when JD promised them a year or 2 ago.

Underdog, it seems to be a constant rehash of unmet promises. Does EXPO remind you of a confidence trick?! YIPES!! I don't think you'll be seeing Form's or Financials soon! IMO

A confidence trick or confidence game (also known as a bunko, con, flim flam, gaffle, grift, hustle, scam, scheme, swindle or bamboozle) is an attempt to defraud a person or group by gaining their confidence. The victim is known as the mark, the trickster is called a confidence man, con man, confidence trickster, grifter, or con artist, and any accomplices are known as plants. Confidence men or women exploit characteristics of the human psyche such as greed, both dishonesty and honesty, vanity, compassion, credulity, irresponsibility, naïveté, and the thought of trying to get something of value for nothing or for something far less valuable. Confidence men or women have victimized individuals from all walks of life.

Very sad that so much energy is wasted on a scam like EXPH. Especially the whistle-blowing that goes no-where.. ho hum.

Here are some FACTS, sorry they were missed...
