10 year old case dismissed, conviction expunged.

I called the court in San Diego. They said the case, which was 10 years old, had been dismissed. The conviction was expenged, which they said meant removed from the records.
Here's what else I found:
At the court hearing, Mohlman produced checks for the entire $72,000 and apologized.
"I wish it would have never occurred," Mohlman told the court. "I'm very sorry." Most of the homeowners who lost money to Mohlman said they are satisfied with the reduced sentence.
"A year ago, I had pretty much kissed that money off, and that it was an expensive lesson that I learned -- never again. So, this is going to be a great Christmas this year," said...
SO, whatever happened, it was over 10 years ago, he made good on it and the court dismissed the case.
At this point, I think it is unfair to constantly dredge this up again and again to say that somehow PSGI is not a legit company.
It looks like they were introduced to some bad people, and they broke off those relations pretty quickly.
It looks like they have some pretty good people involved with the company (BTW Wicke, you say Branniff's time with ATT is too far back, but Mohlman's thing is still relevant - you can't have it both ways). They have a substantial equity partner in the fish company and now have the litigation cloud ($33.9m is a pretty big cloud IMO) out of the way. I understand the company has struggled for some time, and despite all the catterwalling on this board (for more than 5 years at least!), none of your allegations have ever been made/charged against the company and/or its officers by any enforcement agency. Constantly repeating unsubstantiated charges in a whispering campaign doesn't make it so. If there was any truth to your allegations (which are also at least 5 years old) against a publicly traded company, I'm sure we would have seen something by now. If there was any truth to your allegations, I'm certain there would have been some action by now. How many years will you guys continue to play the same record over and over? Saying it again and again doesn't make it true. Just makes it harder for the company to succeed with this stuff on the internet.
I'm no longer interested in looking WAY WAY back - I say we focus on the NOW.
What I am most concerned with is where the company is TODAY!
I'd like to see some news on products & soon!
I think that that is the only way to tell if PSGI is on the right track.
In the meantime, at current prices, it is worth taking a shot on IMO. It looks like the stock has repeatedly tried to break out to the upside, but has still held a base around .05. There is volume most days, so I'm going to ride it for a while longer and see if PSGI has turned the corner.
