the chart is in 120 minutes. i dont see how it relates to the "3 steps down" you referred to.

please excuse my ignorance, but you said if it holds the August high... do you mean (in this example) the Sept high around 24? The August high was 26.21? Or perhaps I am more confused than I think I am <g>

above copied from an earlier post from you on Dec 13th,
we are now below the august highs on the QQQ and the NDX/COMPX,
you don't seem to consider this "quite bearish"?
