Read the filings. The company claims it has been getting money from a shareholder to stay afloat and the transfer agent is gagged. Do you think that shareholder just gives away his money for free? They show no debt on their books so that shareholder is being compensated with stock.
Do some DD and maybe you won't lose money in these scams all of the time.
Based on a number of recent revelations it appears that regulators have instructed brokerage firms to cooperate with one of the other FLD's. I am basing my assumption on Facebook posts made by the company and emails received from brokerage firms that have been posted. It also does appear that there is in fact a problem and the claims made by the company do in fact have merit. Every CDIV shareholder that I have communicated with believes that the very same problem exists with CDIV. I too believe the CDIV shareprice was manipulated to this level by those who do not have the shares they should in an effort to remedy that problem. Unfortunatly for them, few CDIV shareholders are selling while many are continuing their buy/hold and accumulate as able philosophy. The question now is how long will this charade continue. How much longer will longs be able to accumulate at these fire sale prices? Will regulators step in and supervise a cleanup? Will we begin to see huge spikes in volume? Interesting days ahead to be sure. Go CDIV!!!
Management has done an awesome job in the preservation of capital while growing the business and attempting to reach its goal of being Apples number one supplier of game apps. Hope we see more of the Den longs stopping by to visit. Go CDIV!!!
So how did that "#1 supplier of game apps" work out?
