There are those that are selling to

Back to the dreaded MMs shaking those weak hands? If the price of the stock goes down, and some individual investor wants to buy, who is obligated to sell to them? As in make the market? Who is obligated to buy at a higher level if there are no buyers?

The typical way they make money on the big board is to shave off factional pennies on the difference between the bid and ask. But you need volume and rapid frequency of trades to make money by following that scheme as a Specialist or MM. I can count the trades as dots on the LLEG chart.

"This stock is going to go big very soon". And just how do you know that? Many others on this board have essentially been implying/saying that for years now, yet the pps is .005 cents. Enthusiasm is great and I admire your loyalty to LLEG, as well as your faith in its leadership, however I see no evidence to suggest that the pps is going to go big anytime soon.

Did the pps go big on this news?

1. Permit application (No)
2. PPA completion (No)
3. SEC approval (No)
4. CA LOI (No)
5. MA asset purchase (No)
6. Conditional approval (No)
7. ?
8. ?
9 ?
10. ?

Uplisting might have a substantial effect on the pps assuming it ever happens! The pps may go big sometime in the future, however that time will be in the "distant" future!
