Just got off the phone with the TA and asked if it is a policy of American Registrar to NOT give out the share count for any company. He said that it depends on the company. I said does that mean that the company dictates whether the share count is given out and he said "Yes." Wasn't it scalecar/Rich that said that American Registrar didn't give the share count for any company? That is incorrect because they do... it depends on the company.
