Wasn't the TA chosen back in the TNTI days before Dave became the CEO? MSEP basically inherited the TA that TNTI had as far as I know. Dave didn't CHOOSE a TA that doesn't give out the share count. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Mac, I am holding, but as I said to Mimurray, a my friend who gave me this and "lives" in the pinks told me of his concerns about the TA and info not being given out. He also knows that if they want the info to be given out, it could be. Both of us are not selling, but holding, and not buying more. Would it surprise you if I said that he said the stock is probably getting diluted and people are selling...with a profit at these levels. Again, this is not from me. Unfortunately, I did not have the experience at this level to know this, and my friend has MSEP as a fool around stock and doesn't pay it a lot of attention. What a way to learn, play money or not.
