Wasn't done on purpose dude, I used an older post of mine using the latest 10-K out at that time, so my information and the history of the company is in fact accurate. Easy to get to my old link and to be honest I have no time to read their new 10-K, hope it's an improvement over last years, didn't mean to insult the company. If you could provide a link to their new 10-K it would be appreciated, I just had a look and it isn't posted on their website.

What happened with the old CEO and when was the new CEO hired?

Nice, a link to Silly Con and the daily show put on there. All those issues have been addressed and are certainly listed on Silly Con without any context. I think a read of the most recent 10-K of Global Energy says a lot, nothing from nothing means nothing and it really does not need interpretation. More information on their board would help too, still can't find their most recent 10-K, would make for a better comparison between the two companies...

A reading of the most recent JBI 10-K certainly indicates that for one, they actually have a product, and second, they actually have assets.
