Crossing Automation/ASYTQ > Reverse Merger

Another web-site reporting conflicting information,

Asyst Technologies, Inc. was NOT established in 2009.

They haven't been in business for 1-year.




Now, if a R/M is in the works however, you could justify this information if Crossing Automation and ASYTQ formed a R/M last year, and just haven't announced it yet.
