I did call as I posted a few days ago and he never answered the question of how many new shares have been put on market. He just said the shares are 504 b shares and the company can only sell enough shares to make one million dollars a year. So I believe they are still diluting. I looked back at volume when they diluted shares before, and the volume was the same as this week. I just hope this government deal is what everyone thinks it is gonna be and I won't have a problem with diluting more shares to get were they need to be.
