Do you see the word **will** in the following quote from the recent 10-K?
Current 10-K p. 12:
"Existing shareholders **will** experience significant dilution when certain investors, such as YA Global, convert their preferred stock to common stock, convert outstanding convertible debentures to common stock, or when the investors exercise their warrants and receive common stock under the investment agreement with the investors."
This is NOT speculation about the future on my part, but fact. Even NEOM management (oxymoron?) says so. Need more convincing? Just look at YA's dilution record with NEOM and so many other companies (compliments of Jonesie). I'm sure you can find it.
This POS company deserves zero investor support unless and until they **Show Us the Money** period. I doubt that will ever occur. :-( So far, they just keep showing the money to YA in the form of usurious interest payments--kind of like trying to pay off a credit card balance at the minimum monthly payment lol.
